"Works okay, but feels a little cheap"
My first reaction right out of the box was that it felt lighter and flimsier than I expected. To be fair, the device works fine so far and I haven’t had any real issues using it. But just judging it in the moment, the plastic doesn’t feel super sturdy and the overall build quality seems average. For the price, I thought it would feel a bit more solid. It’s not bad, just not something that immediately impressed me...

"Easy order, no problems"
I placed my order and got updates quickly, which was nice. It shipped right around when they said it would, and the stuff was packed well when it showed up. Everything was there and nothing was messed up, so no complaints from me. It all went how I hoped it would, honestly. I’d order from them again

"It got sorted out in the end"
At first I wasn’t totally sure if things were going to get resolved, and I kept wondering if maybe I was just being impatient. But after a bit of back and forth, it did get handled eventually. Not the fastest experience, but it worked out in the end.

"No more auto stop , finally"
I plugged it in , and my truck finally stopped doing that annoying start-stop thing . Honestly , that alone made it worth it for me .

"Works okay, but I expected a little more"
I bought the Range device for my truck to shut off AFM/DFM, and for the most part it does what it’s supposed to do. The engine definitely feels more normal when it’s not constantly switching modes, so I’ll give it credit for that. That said, there were a couple times where it didn’t seem to kick in right away, which was frustrating. For the price, I kind of expected it to be more consistent. When I looked into it, I felt a little dismissed, like it was just treated as normal or not a big deal. It’s not a bad product, but I wouldn’t call it amazing either

"Helpful support, but the wait was frustrating"
Support did eventually get back to me, but it took a couple of days, which felt a bit long when I was trying to figure out what was going on with my order. Once they replied, they were helpful and fixed the issue, so I do appreciate that. I’m just careful with what I spend, so when there’s a problem with something I paid for, I’d really prefer a quicker first response.

"Shifting feels normal again"
I was dealing with my truck constantly hunting for gears, and it was getting really annoying to drive. After using this, that weird shifting issue seems to be gone. My truck feels much smoother now, and I’m not stressing every time it changes gears.

"Decent improvement, but still not quite right"
The engine does feel smoother at times, which is nice, but I wouldn’t say it’s completely fixed. It still feels like the power is a little off when driving, so overall it’s okay, just not as good as I hoped

"Drives smoother now"
I’m relieved. That weird lag is gone, the shifts feel a lot smoother, and my daily drive just feels way less annoying now. Makes the whole car feel nicer to be in.

"Quick install when I was in a rush"
I was feeling a little pressured to get this set up fast, so I was relieved it only took maybe 5 minutes. I just plugged it in under the dash and that was pretty much it, no tools, no messing with wires. I drove around afterward and everything worked like normal. Super easy, exactly what I was hoping for.

So, yeah, I’m happy overall. The site was easy enough to use, shipping didn’t take too long, and the product worked the way I needed it to. no real complaints from me so far.

"I’ve had my Range device for a little..."
I’ve had my Range device for a little over two years now, and it still works just like it did on day one. It’s stayed in my truck through hot summers and cold mornings, and I haven’t had to mess with it at all. Shipping was fine too. Overall, I’m happy with it. It just does what I needed it to do.

I bought this mostly hoping it would give me better mpg. To be fair, it did smooth things out a bit, and I can appreciate that. But the fuel economy only improved a tiny amount, at least from what I’ve seen. It’s not a bad product by any means, and I don’t want to knock it unfairly, but I also think it’s only right to be honest for the next person considering it. Just don’t go in expecting a huge difference

I ordered from rangetechnology.com and the product itself was fine once it finally showed up, but the shipping took way longer than I expected. I also didn’t get many updates, so I was basically just stuck checking the tracking over and over. When I reached out, the response kind of made me feel like I was being talked down to for even asking, which didn’t help. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it was definitely frustrating and could’ve been handled better...

I checked my vehicle first. Just to make sure everything lined up. It said it was a match for my Silverado, so I went ahead and ordered it. Showed up, put it on, and it worked like it was supposed to. No weird problems so far. Straightforward.

"Does what it’s supposed to do"
I plugged it in and noticed my truck running smoother pretty much right away. To be fair, I can’t say it’ll fix every issue for everyone, but in my case it did exactly what I needed it to do.
